LET YOUR YOGA DANCE: Wednesdays @ 9:30 AM We combine gentle yoga and simple choreography with all types of music to build community. Connect with fellow yogis, and let your self expression, laughter and feelings of gratitude come alive. As we move through our seven energy centers of the body, the heart pumps, the brain is engaged, strength and balance are improved and feelings of love and compassion are shared. 

BASICS : Monday @ 12:00 noon   Practice all the basic postures of yoga while mindfully connecting with breath and intention. All levels.

CHAIR YOGA : Tuesday @ 11:30am and Thursday @ 11:30am
A gentle yoga for folks who can not stand for long periods of time and need the support of a chair. Sometimes in life we need to take a seat and enjoy yoga.

ESSENTIAL YOGA Tuesday and Thursday @ 10:00am  and Friday @ 9:30, Saturday @ 10:00am
The foundation of any practice includes the essential elements of yoga. A regular practice of the basics in yoga is necessary to move into more advanced classes. Learn all the correct postures and terminology to build a firm foundation and challenge you to stay the course. All levels.

WARM DETOX FLOW : Sunday @ 10.00 AM Continuous movement with the breath for 45 minutes followed by arm balances, inversions and savasana.

JUST STRETCH : Monday @ 5:30pm
Maintain balance to your daily activities by “just stretching”. All stretches derive from yoga, but this class focuses on the muscle groups which take the most abuse, such as shoulders, neck, hips, legs and back. This is a very casual setting for athletes or anyone who wants to begin a yoga practice without intimidation. Poses are held for a lengthy, rejuvenating time. All levels are welcome.

MEN’S YOGA : Monday and Friday @ 6:30am
Join the men’s group on Monday am for yoga which suits men.

TRANQUIL YOGAWednesday @ 12:00 Noon
Tranquil Yoga is a gentle series of mostly seated postures held for an extended period to promote healing and rejuvenation to the spine and joints.

YOGA BASICS PLUS MEDITATION : Tuesday @ 6:30 PM, Friday @ 4:30 PM
Learn the proper techniques for Basic yoga poses plus relax to a refreshing 10 minute meditation releasing the stress of your day.

CANDLELIGHT VINYASA : Wednesday @6 PM  Leave it all on the mat. Let your inner light shine as you move with grace through Vinyasa. All levels will be welcomed.

FEAR TO FLIGHT: Saturday @ 10AM  Do you want to do poses but fear  you can’t? Well, join Connie on Saturday and learn how to move your fears out by learning proper technique and chaining of poses so that you can also fly. This class is a combination of Vinyasa and Essential Hatha yoga.

BASIC MARTIAL ARTS & SELF DEFENSE COURSE:  SUMMER ONLY Thursdays @6:30 PM  Learn how to protect yourself and others by learning basic martial arts moves and combinations. This class requires no prior experience. Each class consists of warm ups, martial arts demonstration and practice drills, yoga cool down and short meditation.

INTENSIVE PRACTICE : by appointment
If you would like to learn more about yoga or simply deepen your practice by practicing more hours at a time, you can join the
“teachers in training “classes and pay per hour without signing up for the full teacher training. The training classes are generally
held on Friday, Saturday and/Sunday. Inquire at the front desk as to the times and fees.

YOGA CERTIFICATION 200 HOUR COURSE :
This is a Yoga Alliance recognized program which fully prepares one for teaching yoga. Inquire at the studio for more information.

ALL TEACHERS AT OCEANFRONT HAVE HAD INTENSIVE YOGA TRAINING AND ARE QUALIFIED TO TEACH BEGINNER TO ADVANCED CLASSES. WE HONOR THE CLASS AND THE STUDENTS WHO ARE PRESENT.
